Ternopil region
This National Nature Park is the place where you can observe the flowering of 22 species of orchids and the unique insectivorous Pinguicula bicolor, get fascinated by plantations of the perennial honesty (Lunaria rediviva) and the wild garlic (Allium ursinum). Also, the solid several-kilometer-long flower carpet of the snowdrop (Galanthus nivalis) will not leave any traveller indifferent.
“Kremenets Mountains” is a home for 55 species of rare animals listed in the Red Book of rare species of Ukraine. There, you can come across a marten, Strix uralensis (the Ural owl) and rare bats which inhabit in the caves and quarries.
Kremenets lands are a place where three great Ukrainian territories conjoin – Volyn, Podillia and Halychyna. It takes you to the fabulous world of legends and promises a miracle that is called “Kremenets Mountains” and gives a blessing to every traveller to experience unforgettable encounters with kind, sincere and hospitable people.

Part of the park is a protected area, which is under special protection. Travelers can not walk here. By following the rules, you will help us preserve the unique nature and avoid unnecessary costs of fines.
By train you can get to Dubno town or Ternopil city. If you start visiting the park from the northeast side, the nearest train station is Ostroh.
The international highway М-19 Domanove-Kovel-Chernivtsi runs through Kremenets.
The motorway М-06 Kyiv – Chop 35 km away from Dubno town allows to get quickly from Kyiv (420 km) and Lviv (165 km).
